they meanning Sunnyvale city Water shut us off after a bill of  $167.00.We have not had water in a week and it doesnt look like we are gonna anytime soon.in thirty years the Water has never even been late and one time they shut us off.I HAVE A DISABLED CHILD AND A PREGNANT TEENAGER ,I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF  A LOW -INCOME HOME HELP
